The floating fish pellet machine
1.Introductions:
The floating fish pellet machine http://www.zzaix.com ( the bulking machine ) is divided into two types,
wet type and dry type, it is one kind of single screwing extruding bulking machine.
Mainly used for kinds of poultry and aquatic feed producing,
can be used for
puffed single raw materials in the production of vegetable oils or as the
pretreatment for the raw materials and animals scraps treatment.Its main
features :
1) Suitable for different producing requirements. In the large scale and medium
scale factory , can be applied for raw materials treatment and special feed
production. Such as bulk the full fat soybean, corn, cottonseed meal pulp of
detoxification treatment,bulking pet feed, and other special feed. Small scale feed
factory or large scale breeding farm.
2) Suitable for different materials and different producing condition. The machine
is equipped with mechanical feeding hopper. The producing amount can be
different according to situations. Extrusion screw for sleeve type combination
structure , screw sleeve adopts the inner barrel Mosaic steel bar type structure.
According to the different bulking requirements, flexible component
corresponding extrusion screw group, match with different exports parts, then
can adapt to different processing conditions.
3) The structure is simple and practical. Easy to operate and maintain.
2.The main structure and working principle
DGP series floating fish feed machine is composed of feeder hopper, extruding
bulking device,motor and driven system, rack, electrical control system. As
picture 1 show.
1)Feeder hopper
The feeder hopper is mechanical,it consist of hopper, rotary dial,discharge
body, rack,shell.
2)Extruding bulking device
The extruding bulking device is the core parts of the machine. According to
different purpose, can choose the corresponding groups to bulk different
materials with different discharge way. The extruding bulking device is divided
into two parts : Cavity combination and drives combination. The cavity
combination is composed of feeding box, discharge chamber, discharge box
(Ring gap discharge doesn't have it ) ,adjustable bolt ( when bulk full fat soybean
or other single materials) . Drives combinations is composed of bearing box
groups , principal axis , extruding screw ( groups), bullet and others.
The materials are pushed into discharge chamber by extruding screw ( group)
from feeding box , when get the initial extruding, warming,then get varying
degrees extruding and warming until discharge. When bulk full fat soybean
powder or other single materials ( single span discharge. To get different
discharge effect, can adjust the gap between the screw plug and bullet, also can
change different discharge hole diameter screw plug.The diameter diameter can
be from 1-12mm.
Bearing box groups is composed of bearing box body, left and right end
cap ,oil filler, oil pointer, bearing and oil seal. Its functions are supporting spindle,
installing bearing and other accessory, lubricating cooling bearing.
3.Electronic control system
According to the host power size and feeding in different forms,DGP Series
puffed electrical control system are different in the configuration This is a stand-
alone control box, fixed on the machine.
Each motor in the system can be independent start and stop and pay attention to
the start-up sequence: the main motor - feeding motor use; stopped in reverse
order.
Expanded electrical control system can also be specially designed according to
the actual needs of the user. When the user optional cutting device or water
injection device, the electronic control system randomly equipped.
4. The installation of the device
Select the appropriate location of the plane, according to the general layout of
the production line process and workshop for the complete set of steel-framed
structures, Extruder generally elevated cooler feed inlet at the extruder outlet
below about 500 ~ 800mm (mix or other raw materials containing starch, this size
should be able to install the shredder principle), out through the outlet cover or
receiving hopper whereabouts spout into the cooler, which can be adapt to
primarily pay attention to the following aspects:
1) If full-time puffing soybean and requires immediate cooling extruder installation
height should make it exports slightly higher than the cooler inlet 100 ~ 200mm,
and set aside a certain horizontal distance, in order to facilitate the replacement
of the extruder discharge part of the adjustment and the wearing parts extruder
"the preheated material" is also easy to clear. Horizontal distance should be
determined so that the extrusion machine in the normal working material can be
directly injected into the cooler inlet (typically 300 ~~ 500mm).
2) Extruder installation location should be well ventilated and maintenance space
should be left around.
3) Between the feed opening of the extruder and silo with a soft connection and
set the gate.
4) The control cabinet should be placed away from the operator position closer
without affecting traffic, relatively safe place.
5) The machine uses three-phase four-wire power supply (380V, 50Hz), voltage
fluctuation: +10% ≤ -5%.
