The usual problem for floating fish feed machine operation
During operation of floating fish feed machine, usually will have some problem as followings, aim at the problem,we find the reason and solution also,please check
Problem 1 :No pellet come out of discharge nozzle
Reason and solution: Too small gap between discharging adjustment plug screw and taper bullet or too tight configuration, then to release fastening bolt,tightening the plug screw and turning anti-clockwise for 2-3 circles,replacing vapour lock
Problem 2:Bulking temperature doesn’t reach standard
Reason and solution:1)Inappropriate plug screw,then replace the old vapour lock
2)Serious wear of quick-wear part,then replace quick-wear part
Problem 3: Temperature of bulking unstable
Reason and solution:feeding amount and steam amount not stable,then to examine hopper and steam pipe
Problem 4:Standard working ,but the product doesn’t come out
Reason and solution:Discharge hole blocked by metal things,then stop the machine and clean the outlet hole
Problem 5: Materials Sprout back
Reason and solution: 1)too fast feeding or to much feeding,then control feeding speed
2)The product does not come out easily,blocking accurs, then control feeding speed,regulate extruding and bulking part
